You are so incredibly talented & all your songs bring to me to this feeling- an attic bedroom, everyone’s grown up and moved out or died but I stay there convincing myself nothing has changed with the music I write… and I’ll walk downstairs to be greeted by the warm smell of tea and an all-empowering smile of family. It’s like a quiet insanity but so convincing that you begin to realize there are walker-bys stopping to sit at your window while you sing genius.
